Visa and MasterCard temporarily unaccaptable

Our payment processor AlertPay encounted some security issues, as a result of which the company temporarily does not process payments from Visa and MasterCard credit cards. Please read more about the issue directly from AlertPay blog.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this issue might cause. If the problem is not resolved within 2-3 days, we will switch temporarily to a different payment processor, untill the problem is fixed.

In a request to provide an estimated time when the problem would be fixed, AlertPay responded with the following:

Unfortunately we cannot provide an estimated time as to when the issue will be remedied. However, we can assure you that this issue was given top priority and we are working on resolving it as soon as possible.

In the meantime, please consider funding your AlertPay account or using an Amex credit card to complete your transaction(s).

For alternative funding methods, please consider;

• Bank Wire
• Bank Transfer
• Certified/Cashier’s Check
• Money Order
