Company history

The company was founded by Dennis Berg in 2004 in Ashford, Kent, UK. An experienced writer himself, Dennis decided to invest in a dot-com to be able to satisfy the needs of students all over the world. Since then, the company has grown to 11 people in the office, and tens more across the English-speaking world. 

In 2005, Sean Priestley joined the company as chief writer and administrator. Sean, an experienced writer and critic, has become the major figure in the production process, supervising the writers across departments and controlling the development of the website. Most sections on the website are live due to Sean's passion to writing and education.

By 2007, the company has grown to 8 people in the office, and over 10 writers across the world.

In 2008, the company significantly improved the website, making it more usable and attractive.
